In over 25 years of practice Mr. Krist has received numerous significant honors including:

• Recognition in the Texas Lawyer Magazine as one of Texas’ top lawyers under the age of 40 in 2000.
• Recognition in “The Best Lawyers in America” in the area of Personal Injury Trial Law each year since 2001 (one of only 15 plaintiffs’ lawyers listed for 10 years or more).
• Recognition as a “Texas Super Lawyer” in the area of Personal Injury Trial Law each year since 2003 by Texas Monthly and Law & Politics magazines.
• Recognition as one Houston’s top 100 lawyers in any field in 2006, 2008 and 2009 by Texas Monthly and Law & Politics magazines.
• Admission to the International Society of Barristers in 1997 (national invitation only membership limited to 500 lawyers).
• Admission to the American Board of Trial Advocates in 2000.
• Admission to the International Academy of Trial Lawyers in 2004 (national invitation only membership limited to 500 lawyers).
• Recognition in the Texas Lawyer magazine as having achieved one of Texas’ largest recoveries of the year in 1992 ($8,184,000 jury verdict for surviving husband and daughter of victim slain at a mall parking lot), 1999 ($42,221,000 jury verdict on behalf of victims of catastrophic truck accident) and in 2004 ($25,500,000 settlement for burn victim and widow of worker killed in an industrial explosion).
